Getting a 3090, what PSU and should I upgrade/change other parts?

Hi there, I'm getting a used 3090 for about $520 (good value I presume but lmk) and currently I have a 650W PSU and a Ryzen 5 5600x.

I have a few questions about my build whether I should change/upgrade/keep:

  1. What power supply should I get? (My 650w won't cut it it seems) I care about long-term use/overall value. Power efficiency is also nice since it contributes to electricity costs
  2. Should I upgrade/change any of the other parts I have? I'd prefer not to spend a lot of money obviously but I don't want to cap my new 3090.

Current build:

- EVGA 3060ti

- Ryzen 5 5600x w/ stock cooler

- 16gb T-force ram at 3600 MHz

- Corsair RM650X

- MPG X570 GAMING PLUS

All in a Phanteks P500A w/ 3 int 1 out

Games I currently play most atm, but I play other games and switch main games every bit.
