any feedback/advise would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently running a system that is around 9-11 years old depending on the components, here is a basic list

4770k CPU

ddr3 16gb ram (2x 8gb)

GTX970

I'm currently running a 34inch ultrawide that I would like to take advantage of when I'm playing games like F1 or Helldivers (also for playing cities skylines 2 and FM series), its very difficult to enjoy when everything's set to low and I'm getting around 20/30 fps and I can see what I'm meant to be shooting, creates a bit of a handicap.

I'm thinking of going with a 4070 super / 14600k build or if I can find the money, 4080 super with a 14700k, plan is to be set for at least the next 5 year before i have todo this again

I have a couple issues with my pc running slow and loud so I know I need to replace but i just wanted to see if would would say, save some money as I have rebuilt this pc in the passed or buy a completely new system?

let me know of things I might not have considered?
