I keep getting prompted for credentials when I try to access my 2nd laptop on a p2p network.

I'm not sure what the issue is. I put in the login credentials, it says it's incorrect. I'm running win11 home edition, so I ran a .bat file to enable secpol one laptop A and configured security settings. Dose secpol need to be configured on laptop B as well? What could I be doing wrong?
