So i just built a very budget friendly pc with the help of a tech guy i met in the store

Basically its PNY Rtx 2060 Core i5 11th gen Some random 16 gb ram and 512 SSD storage And windows 11 pro

Now i just opened the pc but am facing a very annoying issue The bluetooth is very weak, like i would be sitting right in front of it to play, but the headphones are barely pickup up the sounds and is lagging alot like the Bluetooth is barely working with a very weak signal, can someone help or tell me what to do to fix it ?

Also i have another question! This's my first time ever using a desktop (i have never had a laptop or pc i always been with a phone) So i want to ask, is there any parts or things i need to change overtime? Or maybe things i need to do regularly to keep the pc working for the longest time?
