So my computer was running great but then the dust starting building up. So I opened up my computer and just dusted some parts off. Then I plug my tower back in and... no power. The light on the mobo is on but when press the power button nothing happens. The mobo light is blinking very rapidly and there is a faint ticking noise coming from my psu. Please can anyone help?
