GPU Not Displaying & PCIe Latch Stuck

Post Body

Hello - I'm currently replacing my GTX 1060 with an RX 7600. Unfortunately, I've run into an issue where the GPU isn't displaying on my monitor (which does display using integrated graphics from my CPU). I have the HDMI cable for the monitor plugged into the GPU. The fans are working, so I assume it isn't a power supply issue. Is it because I didn't uninstall my NVIDIA drivers nor install the AMD drivers beforehand?

I thought it might be an issue with the mobo connection (eg. dust in slots) so I attempted to remove it. However, it is currently stuck on the latch and I can't pull it out no matter what (slightly scared to use more force as I can feel it pulling on my mobo).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
