So I've had my newest PC build since 2020 or 2021 but I've been having stutters for a long time even on Windows 10 back on my old PC. I'm not sure what's causing my long running issues stutters even when I upgraded. I think it's a ram issue cause I get stutters like when big things are having especially explosions or loading into menu or game for some reason. I've updated my BIOs, drivers, and all that idk what it could be. Game mode is off and all that. Ever since they updated windows 10 with the creators update had stutters ever since years ago
I currently have a
-Asus Z 390 E gaming motherboard -2060 Super Windforce. -32 gigs of ram some off brand idk bought it at Best buy has 3000mhz I7 9700k 3.6hz Windows 11
