[build help]Could a 650W work with these specs?

I am confident of my part list except for the PSU and CPU cooler. I plan on adding 5-7 case fans also. I was originally planning to use the PSU on the list but my dad got me a 650W PSU as a gift, he's a cool guy. With these specs and that power supply, it just doesn't seem like it would work out.
