Need advice/guidance for building/buying a PC for hosting gaming servers only

As the title,
I want to host a dedicated server (or more) for games like Ark, Palworld, Enshrouded, or Valheim.
I was hoping to get build help for this as I am unsure what is required and/or where i can save. I also dont mind buying something out right.
Hoping some enthusiastic community members know about this!
