How should I build out my old PC parts?

Post Body

Hey guys. Just recently upgraded my PC but now I have a few parts just sitting on my table (someone threw away all my boxes for my components). My son says he wants to build his own PC with the remaining parts. What would you guys suggest with a $400-$600 budget? I'd like to build him a decent PC in a small form factor case if possible. The list of parts are below.
