Can I move an M.2 to my new build and keep my files?

To go into a bit more detail. A few months ago I bought a 1TB M.2 for more storage, installed loads of games onto it and was wondering if I can simply take it out my old computer (Windows 10) and put it into my new computer (Windows 11) without loosing any of the data, as I really don't feel like downloading them all again.
