Upgrading/rebuilding a PC after 10 years. What can I keep?

Post Body

I built this PC in 2013, has served me very well since then. These days however I am missing the minimum specs for modern games. Mostly playing old games or indie games these days.

Question is, what can I keep here and what can I re-use? What's the least I can get away with to play something like Hogwarts Legacy or Spiderman?
