Should i switch to i9-13900kf?

Hey peoples, so I received a free i9-13900KF from a buddy of mine and was wondering if I should switched to it from an i5-12600K. I have listed my build below, please let me know what you guys think I should do with this. I am willing to swap my parts to help put good use to the i9. I am willing to upgrade my GPU but only if its 4080 or 4090. Or should I sell it? Not to sure what to do with it to be honest.
