Need help with cabinet fan stops spinning after awhile.

So I got this mid range gaming PC built yesterday and using it from today. I went over budget on processor and gpu and I couldn't compromise elsewhere. So I went for antesports 250 air black. It's the cheapest one I could find that came with fans.

Well the cabinet have three fans in the front. And there is provision to add three more on the top in future if I want.

The thing is the topmost fan in the front stops spinning in 10 mins or so everytime.The thing is the topmost fan in the front stops spinning in 10 mins or so everytime. But the RGB light is on. If I restart my PC the fan wouldn't start spinning.. But when I shut down my PC and boot it up again, it spins for awhile and turns off again. The other two fans seem to work without any problem.

Can anyone help me on how to fix this if there is a way?
