Asus ProArt x670e + AMD 7950x3D not POSTing.

Hey all, I was getting a RAM error (yellow light showing on the mobo) with my x670e and it wasn't posting. Flashed the BIOS to the latest on it just in case it was due to lack of support. Still getting RAM errors with no POSTing, even with no RAM in the mobo after updating the BIOS to the latest version.
Is this just a dead mobo, or am I missing something here?
