wanna build my first pc

i always wanted a gaming pc as i knew it would open up a new frontier with gaming/streaming. i recently started making decent money and thought now would be a good time to realize my dream of owning a pc. what are good starter things to do and or buy. (i use my ps5 for gaming like MK1, COD, etc.) I wanna be able to run rpcs3 to play ps3 games as well as a few newer titles and stream.
