Just built a massive performance gaming PC. NV7 case Asus Maximus 790 Hero Mobo Asus 4090 Strix OC GPU Intell i9-13900k CPU NZXT Elite 360 Kraken Corsair Vengance DDR5 6400mhz 64gb Ram Corsair QL fans Lian Li strimmer cpu and GPU cables

Yesterday I built everything got it up and running. Cinebench life is good .

I come home from work today turn it on and nothing. Frozen back at Bios screen but I can’t get into bios. Mind you I had already loaded Windows and was good to go. My buddy thought it was the SSD so I took everything apart and reseated the M2 and the 4090.

I’m lost and I can’t see to figure out what’s going on. It gets stuck at 99 and b6. I think it’s the PSU- which is a 1300w MSI ATX. But I’m now at a black screen where the computer is working fine but nothing is showing up on my monitor. I’ve been taking everything apart and putting everything back together. I’m frustrated. I even reflashed Bios and nothing. I personally think it’s my RAM.

Any suggestions ??
