What's the rough cost difference for a graphics card if I want single screen vs triple screen setup? (32" monitors 1440p @ 165Hz)

I'm having a tough time figuring out how to spec the graphics card in my new gaming PC. It's my first time attempting anything like this.

Right now I only need to run a single monitor setup, a 32" that is 1440p and 165Hz.

But I'd like the option to use a triple screen setup in the future, of identical monitors.

I'm trying to understand the cost difference between the graphics cards required to achieve each of those options. Like how much cheaper is it if I only need 1 screen vs 3? I might save cost today but it could be costly to upgrade in the future.

This PC will be used for a lot of gaming like Overwatch, Diablo, Apex and Battlefield and also for sim racing, and games like iRacing, ACC, Forza, F1 and dirt, and many more racing titles! And triple screen setups look amazing for sim racing.
