[Build Help] Seagate or Samsung Hard Drive?

Post Body

I'm building a Gaming PC, but I'm building to a fairly tight budget so I'm trying to save money where I can.

What Hard Drive should I get?

SeaGate: http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st1000dm003

Samsung: http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/part/samsung-internal-hard-drive-hd103sj

Okay, another question:

I've already got a Hard Drive in my old PC. I'm planning to put that one into my new build and save the cost of having to buy another copy of Windows and all the effort of transfering all my stuff. But, how do I go about doing that?
