Is it normal for your AM5 system to only accept RAM frequencies up to 5200mhz?

Post Body

Ok, so I have been going crazy over this ram overclocking. At first I tried XMP at it's rated 6000mhz and it wouldn't boot and same thing at 5600mhz. Also tried all these speeds without XMP and just manually setting clocks. Then I turned it all the way down to 5200mhz and it worked well at that speed. Is it just normal for AM5 cpus/motherboards not to overclock very high? I would like to be able to at least get this working at 5600mhz if possible. I am using a ryzen 5 7600x, MSI MAG B650 TOMAHWAK WIFI, Corsair vengeance ddr5 6000 CL36 XMP ram.

Edit: I am running on bios 7D75v172 so it's pretty updated.

Another edit: I tested it at 5400mhz and it works! Not quite as fast as I'd like but any improvement is welcome!
