Ready to upgrade my GPU and I'm looking for recommendations

Current setup: -AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D -GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6 -64GB (4x16GB) Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3200 DDR4 -ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming Motherboard -750 W Corsair CX750F RGB

Just want better game performance without blowing the bank

Mostly game at 1080p but willing to upgrade

Mostly focused on gaming, stream sometimes if that changes anything. I've thought about jumping to AMD and just dealing with it as RT isn't a big point for me to focus on. Just used to Nvidia
