Would this be a good monitor for my setup?

I am running a 6800xt and a 7700x and want to have at least 1440p with a good refresh rate, and not curved. I noticed this monitor was on sale, and after code is selling for 199.99 plus tax. I don’t know what the monitor market is like but is this a good deal? Is it bad for my build? Is there something glaring that I’m missing that I should look out for when it comes to monitors?
