Ryzen 7 vs Ryzen 9 and PSU

I was looking to upgrade from my current PC (1660 and i5-9400F) and I completed these two builds over the past few weeks.

Both include the CPU/RAM/Mobo bundles from Microcenter, one with the Ryzen 7 7700X bundle and the other with the Ryzen 9 7900X one.

*Also, the cooler is from a friend and the SSD and case are already ordered so those parts are set in stone.

Which build would you guys recommend based on the bundle pricings and parts?

I was also wondering which PSU I should get for these builds. I have the Corsair RM850X selected but other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
