[Troubleshooting]Can you use a wireless keyboard/mouse while installing Windows 7?

I just realized this now that I've ordered anything and wondering if I need to run to Fry's Microcenter and find the oldest, cheapest mouse that I can.

As part of my build, I have the following keyboard/mouse combo:

Now, if they don't work during installation or modifying the BIOS, I'm left with only an old-fashioned circular-plug keyboard. I'm assuming in that case I would just use that plus copious use of the tab key to navigate?

Anyone have experience with this?
