Can anyone recommend which of these I should go with? I'm stuck on deciding...

I'm stuck on deciding if I take the deal from microcenter for $550 tax which comes out to be around $600
Or If I go with the stuff in the PCpartpicker link and spend roughly $780 (tax included)
The microcenter deal I am forced to take what is offered whereas the PCpartpicker stuff I can go with 6400ram and what I think is a much better motherboard. Thoughts?
