I have a 1080 ti mini that's served me really well for years now. But as of late the GPU temps are horrific. It idles around 45-50C and when I load a game its straight to 90 where it starts to thermal throttle and it just stays there. I did repaste it which brough down the idle temp but it still goes straight to 90 under load. The fans do spin but they seemed to stiff I noticed when I was taking it apart to repaste it. When I repasted it I didn't replace the pads but I gave them a cleaning before putting them back on. Should the next logical step be a repad? How do I know what thickness of pad to buy? Is there anything else I'm missing? Sorry if this is a noob question I'm just inexperienced here. Repasting the gpu was the first time I ever disassembled one
