Computer shutting down randomly

It’s. Dell Inspiron 13 /7000 couple of years ago I got it Installed core temp and noticed over heating >70 -80 this got worse after I updated my OS ( Win11) Before that temperature was between 40-60 normally and went to 70-80 when gaming for example Is there any way to downgrade windows version or restore ? Any ideas , thanks
