Blue screen every time on start up

I wanted to know if anyone can help me with this blue screen every time on start up I’m pretty sure I know what it is but don’t know how to fix it

The first time I start up my Pc I get a “ DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL” blue screen and what failed if a “storport.sys

So then I check my updates and I see I install “Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for ×64-based Systems (KB5023773)”

And as I’m updating it’ll say “installing 0%” then go away

I’m pretty sure this windows update isn’t installing right and making me blue screen or I can be wrong. Any ideas I just would like to know if this is a serious issue my pc runs perfect after this blue screen
