PC won't wake up from sleep after upgrading CPU and RAM

Hi! As the title pretty much states.
I recently upgraded from R5 3600 to R5 5600 and 16gb rams to 32gb.

As a working student, putting my computer to sleep mode whenever I take a nap is so helpful since it saves all my current work when I decide to wake it back up. (Been doing this for 2 years).

All of a sudden after the upgrade, whenever I try to wake my pc up, my keyboard lights would slightly turn on and then flicker (fans would spin too but no display and I would have to force restart my unit).

Any ideas?
