Living in Belgium so some parts that are cheaper/more easily available in the US aren't here. My question is if it's worth it to go for a 6950 xt instead over the 6750 xt. It's about €250 extra but looking at Tomshardware it's a pretty significant upgrade and my budget was around €1500-1600. I will be playing on a 1440p 144hz monitor. I will use it mostly for gaming (Elden Ring, Apex, League, Cyberpunk that sort of stuff) and general use.
Will the rest of my build be able to handle a 6950xt as well?

Would an ASUS Tuf Gaming B550 plus be a better choice for the motherboard then? Looked it up and apparently that one is unaffected by the issue. Also is there a big difference between 3200 CL16 and 3600 CL18 or should I just pick the cheaper option between the two?
Thanks for the advice btw!
