Why is the Asrock x670E PG lightning so cheap?

For an x670e this is very very cheap where I’m trying to figure out the drawbacks. The problem is I don’t see any. I think this is the perfect motherboard especially with the price and why would I spend 150$ more on another x670e? Anyone have experience with this mobo if so should I avoid it? Is there any problems with this mobo?
