I’m having a issue with my PC where it won’t detect any type of Wifi I even tried connecting a Ethernet wire straight to it I got the green blinking light but still nothing… so I factory reset my PC and at the Blue Screen start up of windows 10 where it says “let’s connect you to a network” I don’t get any options to connect just a “I don’t have internet”

Side note this is my first PC I built I just unplugged my pc that runs off wifi so it’s nothing to do with my actual wifi/router

I have a asus strix B650-a motherboard with a ryzen 5 7600x idk if that’ll help but figured I’ll give it a shot
