First time building PC need help

Okay so I’ve been posting on here for a couple days now and I have gotten help from a lot of people and I appreciate everyone who took their time to help me build. So I have 2 build I’ll link and hopefully someone can tell me which is better OR what I can do to 1 that would be the winner of the 2.

Hopefully this isn’t to confusing I just wanna make sure I’m spending $2,000 worth and not over pay for stuff I don’t need or maybe something I might miss out on.

I do want a all white build that’s why I went with the white 4070Ti but I’ve seen a lot of people going for the RX7900XT instead (which don’t come in white) I hate cause it don’t come white but I’ll sacrifice the color for more performance.

And last thing if someone can help me save money on the RX7900 build that would be great
