Post Body

The GPU fans are starting and stopping, even with an MSI Afterburner fancurve set to run the fans at 30% constantly.
Now this is important because my Zotac shroud only makes noise when the fans start and only when they stop and THEN start again, is when the sound of a fan clipping the shroud appears.

So I essentially am asking how to keep the fans running at a constant rate rather than a start, stop cycle.
I understand the start/stop cycle is there to reduce fan noise but even if I could keep the constantly running at 10% would be better than having to hear the noise all the time when start/stop cycle continues.
One thing to note, the reason why I know it's whenever the fans start again is because at around 47-50% fan speed, the fans run at a constant speed instead of stopping and that results in there being no shroud noise whatsoever.

Any help is greatly appreciated, the card is lovely and is an overperformer according to 3DMark, really don't want to touch it much and if I can just set the fans to be constantly at 10% or something, that would ben an absolute life saver.
