PC Crashing on Multiple Titles- Sounds Crashes then Game(s) Crashes, Fortnite/Warzone2/DarkandDarker

Hi everyone,
I have a 5600x 3080 with a AIO. For two years my computers been fine, built when 3080 initially released.
But recently, my computer has been crashing in multiple games all in the same manner:
1) Sound will buzz and die. This includes the game I'm playing AND my discord
2) In each game, it is only fixed if I lower all settings to low/performace.
Things I've Done:
1) GPU Drivers Updated
2) Computer Cleaned
Any potential ideas whats going on?
