New Build After System Died, Suggestions?

Post Body

Hey y'all. My computer died on Monday and this is my panic build to get me a streaming and gaming computer back up. I'm mainly worried that I'm overspending and that all of the coolers on PCPP say that they might need an adapter. I'm planning on transferring over the hard drives from the old system into the new system so the windows is there as a "I need to start over" OS.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Mainly gaming, streaming, and some programming.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

1440 21:9 at at least 60 on high would be nice. I might upgrade my monitor in the future, but it will still be a 21:9 rather than a 16:9.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Around 2k preferred but up to like 2.3k

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

United States

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).
