Help finding front audio/Aafp adapter for ASUS x570i as the port doesn’t match my case cord

On the hunt for the aafp/front audio adapter that comes with ASUS x570i motherboards or something similar. I’m putting together an upgrade build in a NR200 but the front panel audio cable doesn’t match the motherboard. Seeing a couple posts about the motherboard coming with an adapter, but mine was secondhand and didn’t have it.

ASUS support was not helpful even though the board is still being manufactured. Anyone know where I can find/look for one or even what it would be called? Any assistance would be appreciated.
