Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Gaming. Hunt: showdown, Dark and Darker, monster hunter rise/world, etc.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

My current monitor is 1080p 144hz so I'm shooting for 144hz. I like frames. I'm considering upgrading to a 1440p 27in monitor.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

$140-200 but it seems pretty wild to me to spend $200 on ram.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

US

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

I'm not sure which ram set to get. Any advice? I'm having trouble finding usable benchmarks.

I can get a 6000 CL 30 to 36 for $148 to $200. I also see a 5600 CL28 set for $170 that has the same first word latency of 10ns that the 6000 CL30 has.

I'm willing to pay more if gaming performance will be any better. If paying for one of the more expensive kits is better, does it matter if it's the 5600 CL28 or the 6000 CL30?

Thanks for reading <3
