I recently had someone reach out to me, saying they were selling a Grey Cuddles Bear. I had just posted in the BST subreddit, looking for one, and was so excited! They said they'd sell it for $30 (which, in hindsight, should've been a red flag). I sent them the money, though they said they hadn't received it at all. I found it funny, because my bank said it was pending. I double checked with the seller yesterday, who said they hadn't received it yet. I just checked my bank account and saw it definitely went through. When I went to reach out and tell them, I saw they had deleted their entire account. Did I just get scammed? I feel so silly, being blinded by excitement. That was $30 I could've saved or spent elsewhere, and now I'm $30 short and nowhere closer to getting a Grey Cuddles Bear than when I started.
