So i have been with the same client almost 4 years. Maliit lang salary ko na per hour like wala pa £4 per hour, 6 hours a day but i could overtime and may incentives. Anyway last feb 2023 i decided na pagsabayin siya with a day job, like office job na based in ph, airlines company kasi so its like my forte. When I told him that just this year mejo nagtampo, pero it didnt affect the work dynamic and all. My hours just suffered.

So this is the 2nd time he told me to think about working with him full time again and he would match what i am making for 2 jobs. My only problem is like maybe 4 things. 1. ITR so i could get visas and all that easily when i want to travel. I got someone before go do it for me for a cost, but like im not sure of how accurate it is? Sorry noob. All other govt things na mandated (sss philhealth pagibig) So much easier when someone does it. 2. HMO 3. Getting out of the house more often for like a legit reason - coz in our place di naman kami preso pero like, parents dont really respect boundaries when i wfh before, i often get disturbed and nawawala ako sa 'zone' 4. Idk if may forever sa ganitong prefession but 4 years with him wasnt bad! Im already 31, just worried about my professional life would look like when im older if worst case mawala siya

I know may madali naman solusyon sa mga considerations ko but help me malinawan?
