Long Read Ahead; Seeking Career Advice

[26M Single] I've been working at a BPO company for almost 3 years now. Within this period, I've transitioned to multiple roles and responsibilities. Each position with different line of businesses.

My position by ascending order: 1. Customer Service Representative 2. Data Analyst 3. Operations Supervisor 4. Data Entry Specialist

The nature of my work is mostly about insurance for dental services. The reason for my step down from Operations Supervisor to Data Entry Specialist is because of account ramp down so I had no choice but to look for a different account within the company for the meantime.

It's great that I work at home and salary is consistent, but I can't shake this feeling that there is something more out there, something better which I'm missing out because of not discovering the opportunities that lies ahead. I know there are risks, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to face it. Maybe I need a little push or encouragement.

Well, I feel stuck financially and my main focus is to increase my income. However, I have no idea on how to begin. My salary is around 18k per month which is already enough for my lifestyle but it's preventing me from crossing out my bucket list before I pass on. Furthermore, I'm one critical/severe illness away from being dependent with my family financially.

Here's a few peak at my bucket list: - Sky Diving - Dine in one of Gordon Ramsey's Restaurant - Buy own home - Buy car - Have atleast 1M pesos in the bank - and many more

Based on what I have mentioned above, how should I move forward with my career? What is the best way to approach my situation? Should I look for other opportunities at a different company? Should I stay at my current job?

I hope I'm making sense and thank you for reaching at this point of my post. Any advice from experienced individuals will be greatly appreciated.
