Hi! I recently just started actively advertising my works on platforms (mostly behance and facebook groups as I am yet to properly setup my profiles on upwork and other job sites)

I want to ask sana if there is some sort of guideline/reference such as a list of recommended prices/rates as a freelance/part-time/project-based new graphic designer? I'll link my behance profile here for reference. LINK

Personally I feel like it's worth smth good naman but since I'm new, I don't want to lose clients because my prices would be too high, but I do not want to be lowballed too. Alsooo which is better, per project or per hour?
