Hiii I'm a career switcher with previous Project Management experience in a different industry. Right now I have a possibility to career switch and luckily may 2 akong pagpipilian:

1. Project Management in a BPO company (globally malaki syang company, pero dito sa PH they are just starting to grow their foot print) / Hybrid Setup (medyo mas prefer ko kasi parang ang hirap mag PM ng hindi F2F) / I'll be directly reporting to the SVP so feeling ko marami akong matututunan
2. Project Management in a Tech company I would like to say? The main company is a website providing services for buying scrap cars in a click of a button / pure WFH setup (medyo alangan ako dito in terms of learning) / may paid training (so a plus I guess?) / solid din yung girl boss and an advocate ng continuous learning

Compensation is a lesser priority as of now since ang goal ko is to switch industries so what I'm thinking any of the two would be okay(?). Pero would like to know from experienced professionals kung ano ba yung mas ideal for a career shifter and ano yung mas future proof in a way where I can transition to other PM roles inside tech and not be limited lang to a certain industry (medyo concern ko to dun sa BPO)
