I’ve been thinking about it a lot and don’t know how to start.

A little back story, before my 18th birthday I saw a free 5-day call center training sa Cavite. I took it since free naman and gusto ko rin magkatrabaho as soon as mag 18 ako. There they helped us with techniques sa pag sagot sa interviews, pinlantsa soft skills etc and after non nirefer nila kami sa mga cc companies sa Mla so I guess dun sila kumita: sa mga narefer nila.

Now I’m thinking of doing the same. Give free live trainings via Zoom sa mga aspiring CC agents or freelancers pag weekends as a way to give back kasi kung wala nung nagturo sakin, di rin naman siguro ako aabot sa kung asan ako ngayon.

My hesitations are: may takers kaya? as a side bonus kung marefer ko man sila sa va company kung san ako ngayon, edi maganda pero kikita nga kaya ako don ng medj maganda? makakatulong nga ba ako or magsasayang ako ng oras 😌
