Blocked users' posts still come up in search results when I search for keywords they use in their posts

There are some users who spam a bunch of subreddits with the same posts using keywords I'm searching for. I have them blocked so I wouldn't see their posts in the specific subreddits they post in, but in search results all of their posts come up as though they weren't blocked.
For example: when I search "f4m nyc" across all subreddits, some users I've blocked will still have their posts come up.
