Unable to access inbox from the app (android)

This has been going on for months. I used to be able to go in and out a few times to reload it and eventually it would work. Now though I just flat out can't access my inbox. A pop-up appears saying "something is wrong" and in the middle of the screen it says "oops". I can access notifications and chat, but not my inbox.
