Can’t access chat rooms [ios]

So, my friends are in a chat room they access through the subreddit r/meetnewpeoplehere and whenever I go to the page, the chat room link is not present at all. When they click on the chat button the whole top of the page are chat rooms available to join. When I click chat button, it doesn’t not show anything other than my DMs
