[android] I got a message from one of my posts and I can't access it nor can I refund the user

I got a DM and when I try to open it, it won't allow me to. I didn't bother looking at the user's name prior to clicking so I can't refind them. Same thing with hidden messages, I get a notification after hiding the conversation and click the notification. The app opens but says the conversation is hidden and can't refind the user from there either. Any help is greatly appreciated and happy memorial day weekend.
