I think I have found 2 recent bugs

My Karma Points seem frozen. Despite up votes on Posts and Comments, in a few subreddits, my Karma Points have remained the same for over a week. I have also noticed that the number of followers I have has gone up, but I have not been receiving Notifications of new followers. I did check my settings to be sure I should be receiving those Notifications. Any ideas?
