Do these look like bed bug bites?

I stayed at a hostel for a few nights last week/weekend up until Monday (it's Thursday now) and I'm just now noticing some really itchy bumps only around my elbows. They're on both elbows but no where else on my body. I have had a really bad cough for about a week now and am going to get checked out by a doctor, but now I'm scared I need to exterminate my bedroom! The bumps look pretty similar to what I've seen online, but I'm also sick with a horrible cough, and it's weird that it's only around my elbows, so I'm not sure. Do these look like bed bug bites?
